1 tsp avocado oil 1 tsp sesame oil 1 red bell pepper, diced small 3 cloves garlic minced 1 lb ground turkey 1 8oz can water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped ¼ cup shredded carrots 1 cup chopped fresh spinach Bibb or butter lettuce leaves For Sauce: 1/3 cup tamari or coconut aminos 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar 1 Tbsp minced fresh ginger 1 Tbsp Sriracha 1 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp sesame oil ¼ - ½ tsp xanthan gum or glucomannan For toppings: Green onion, sliced thin Cilantro Sesame seeds Lime wedges INSTRUCTIONS
